Most facilities post their schedules 2-4 weeks in advance, but some shifts may be available up to 8 weeks ahead of time. For last-minute staffing needs, new shifts can appear in the app at any time, even on the same day.
All nursing professionals on the FlexStaff platform undergo a thorough vetting process that includes credential verification, license checks, background screening, reference checks, and skills assessment. We only approve professionals who meet our high standards of quality and reliability.
While cancellations are much less frequent with FlexStaff (since staff choose their own shifts), they can still happen. The platform immediately notifies you of any cancellations and automatically pushes the open shift to available qualified staff. We also track reliability metrics for all professionals to minimize this issue.
No, there's no minimum usage requirement for facilities. You can use FlexStaff as much or as little as needed to supplement your regular staffing. Many facilities start with a few shifts and gradually increase usage as they see the benefits.
